With years of experience, we understand that when you build a new home or do a renovation you may need further assistance. That’s why we have a dedicated customer service team ready to assist with all your after-sales enquiries.

Warranty

The bathroom, kitchen and laundry products and appliances that we sell have been selected by our company with big expectations in mind. We expect these products to be designed, manufactured and imported to the highest of standards to serve you and your family for years to come.

However, from time-to-time you may experience difficulties with a product. At the time of your purchase we will provide you with the manufacturers' contact details. To resolve these difficulties simply call the manufacturer who will assist with your enquiry.

Please ensure you have your proof of purchase ready, as the manufacturer will require an invoice number and date, along with your installation date (should you know it).

If you have any questions on any of your products, our customer service team is happy to assist.

Delivery

We can provide delivery of your goods from Monday to Friday, and until lunchtime on Saturdays. Delivery is available within the regions of Canberra, Goulburn, Albury/Wodonga and Wagga Wagga.

Speak to our sales consultants about delivery charges and arrangements. Please note that installation and/or connection fees apply.

Builder’s selection

We look forward to showing you the bathroom and kitchen product selections for your new home. To enable us to provide you with the best possible service, it is essential that you make an appointment for your new home building selection. We’ll allocate one of our highly-trained and friendly sales consultants so you receive the time needed for this important selection process.

Please bring to your appointment:

1. Your builder’s name.
2. The address of your project, including the block, section or lot details.
3. Your most recent floor plan.

​Appointments are for one hour, and are available Monday – Friday.
