Southern Innovations Re-launches Showroom to Officially Unveil New SieMatic Kitchens
Southern Innovations officially re-launched its newly renovated Fyshwick showroom on Wednesday 25 May, unveiling five new kitchens from SieMatic and new bathroom displays from Rogerseller and Villeroy & Boch.
Managing director, Warwick Beutler was joined by SieMatic’s Rainer Ebert, to welcome guests, clients, designers, architects, builders and the media to the stylish and elegant showroom, built next to the Southern Innovations head office in Lyell Street.
Warwick thanked the large number of guests who showed up for an evening of fine wine, cold beers and canapes and a chance to win a $2000 Gift Certificate. “I'm pleased to see so many customers, suppliers and friends of the company here, because I know there are a couple of conflicting events on tonight. So thank you for choosing Southern Innovations," said Warwick. "A good many of you were present when we launched this fantastic showroom just 12 years ago. You'll notice significant changes now!"
But while the showroom may have undergone significant change, Warwick explains there is one quality that remains the same. "What hasn't changed is our commitment to providing the Canberra district with the very latest and the very best in bathroom, kitchen and laundry products. We've held steady to our resolve to display the leading brands from quality brands from Australia and the rest of the world."
Sitting comfortably amongst other leading German brands like Villeroy & Boch, Hansgrohe and Liebherr, SieMatic kitchens seemed like a natural direction to take in the pursuit of providing the best to the Canberra market. Rainer Ebert, SieMatic's Managing Director (Middle East) congratulated Warwick on the presentation of the showroom. "The kitchens are displayed beautifully, and I am very confident in the success of SieMatic kitchens because of the great team of specialists here in Canberra."
Ask anyone who has renovated a bathroom or kitchen, and they will tell you what an ordeal it can be. The showroom renovations began in July 2015 and continued right up to the week of the official re-launch. Warwick admits, "We're proud and stupid at this company, so we did most of the work ourselves: from demolition to co-ordinating contractors and of course fitting off the new displays. And four people who largely did it all were Jason Miller, Mark Shepherd, Michael Stachow and the most uncomplaining man in the company, Daniel Mundy, who is at home tonight with his newborn baby.
I also need to thank our consultants, Dan Rowley and Brendan Mand, Dennis who helped with plastering and carpentry, the Korean tilers, the Aussie electricians and Marco and Sven, the German tradesmen who installed the kitchens. And finally to Kata Flynn and the marketing team who dressed the showroom to the high standard you see tonight. Thank you all."
The evening was brought to a close by announcing the name of the lucky winner of the $2000 Gift Certificate. Congratulations to Sascha Bangrianova! We look forward to seeing you again soon.
